Marinated Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings, how are they not missed??

Here is the recipe for the missed and loved chicken wings.
 Need:
20 whole chicken wings
     (about 4 pounds)
2 cups gluten free soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
 Directions:
Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. Place the wings in a large resealable heavy-duty plastic bag or 13-in. x 2-in.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients: mix well. Pour half of the sauce over chicken: turn to coat. Seal or cover the chicken and remaining sauce; refrigerate overnight.
Drain chicken, discarding the marinade. Place the chicken in in a 5-qt. slow cooker; top with the reserved sauce. Cover and cook on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Transfer wings to a serving dish; discard cooking juices.
Yield: 3-4 servings

Welcome grasshopper

Welcome to Gluten Freezey!

This blog isn't about recipes for just gluten free foods, this recipe is about gluten free for those who want to change how they eat. Yes, yes I know "it is delicious". That is what they all say, but sometimes it hurts or has symptoms. How would you feel if it is delicious, and healthy, and doesn't hurt or has symptoms? That is all it takes, strength and motivation can change everything about your weight, about your feeling of life. Exercise is just 30% of it, but the rest is the way you eat. Think about this: You could eat nothing but junk food and still be skinny by going to the gym. All of a sudden you don't go to the gym one day, which turns to 2 days, then 3, then 4, then so on. But if you eat healthy and not go to the gym everyday, but only once or twice a week you will be skinny, healthy and beautiful. Use these recipes and you will totally be on it.
